Jun, I don't know. It might work just fine, as long as the paint is fully dry. You'd want to have very good ventilation.

Hi David, thanks for your information on wet sand. I head a Chinese artist using kerosene to do the wet sanding. Do you think that's ok?

Thanks, I had not heard of the "green pad" and it sounds safer than different grades of actual wet sandpaper.
