May be some time

My wife is now eight days over­due with our first kid (a boy). He’s a stub­born lit­tle guy. So don’t be sur­prised if there is a gap in posts at some point in the near future.

In the mean­time, I’d like to open com­ments to sug­ges­tions about any paint­ing ques­tions you feel con­fused about and would love to see a post (or series of posts) about. I may or may not be able to acco­mo­date you (there’s a heck of a lot about paint­ing I’m clue­less about). But if you post sug­ges­tions I’ll try to come up with an answer. Just give me a bit of time before you com­plain that I haven’t responded, OK?

Update: Bren­dan Con­nor Rourke was born at 6:08 PM on Mon­day, August 14^th. He and the mother are both healthy. More later.
